I’m a man shaped by three wildly different careers. I’ve spent over 40 years obsessively pursuing optimal human performance. I overcame a critical father, late bloomer struggles, serious injuries, and many other obstacles that most people allow to derail them. The adult film chapter was deliberate. It was the most extreme environment I could find to completely destroy my extreme introversion and learn to show up as a man under the highest possible scrutiny. It became one of the greatest testing grounds of my life, and gave me unique perspectives most people never get.I learned a tremendous amount about human nature, performance under pressure, confidence, and what it really means to be comfortable in your own skin. Those lessons still serve me today.Everything I’ve learned across these three worlds taught me one consistent truth:

The body reveals everything.

Nearly every choice we make involves how we Look, Feel, or Function.Get the body right, and everything else — confidence, presence, relationships, mental clarity, and leadership — becomes significantly easier.

First career:
NASA Space Shuttle Systems Engineer —
Solving complex problems under pressure.
Second career:
Fitness/Health/Biohacking Coach —
Built a reputation as one of the most effective corrective fitness trainers, helping people fix what everyone else missed.
Third career:
Adult films (1996–2010) —
I didn’t fall into it — I chose it. It was the most unforgiving testing ground for completely destroying my extreme introversion and showing up as a man under the highest possible scrutiny.

SuperHuman Definition:
Feeling so good, so strong, and so physically vibrant that being human feels easier and more exciting than ever before. Practical and attainable for nearly everyone.

Stoicism Defined:
Quiet strength. Staying steady under pressure. Handling setbacks without falling apart or needing validation. The ability to keep your shit together when life tests you.
